Superdeck
Wood Cleaner is a biodegradable cleaner that is safe and effective
for cleaning exterior wood surfaces such as decks, fences,
outdoor furniture, siding, log homes, hardwoods and composite
decking.
The
concentrated liquid formula will make up to 4 gallons of cleaning
solution that will clean stains caused by dirt, mold or mildew.
Used in its concentrated form, it can also remove failed,
oxidized transparent and semi-transparent finishes. By cleaning
wood and removing surface contaminants, it allows for better
penetration of a subsequent wood coating. Wood Cleaner is
non-flammable, fast-acting and easy to use. One gallon of
dilluted cleaning solution will clean 100 - 200 square feet.

Superdeck
Exterior Transparent Stains for Pressure Treated Wood are
high solids, professional grade, exterior wood finishes developed
to give superior water protection and beautiful color to exterior
wood. Superdeck Transparent Stains use the highest quality
transparent oxide pigments to enrich the color of the wood
and inhibit damage caused by the sun's UV rays. When properly
applied, surfaces develop excellent resistance to sun and
water damage. Superdeck will not track, and is resistant to
foot traffic patterning.
This
unique, one-coat system contains nearly three times the solids
of most conventional oil base wood stains, offering excellent
water repellency without beading, long-term lubrication and
resistance to grain checking. Superdeck creates excellent
UV shielding properties, plus beauty and warmth by enhancing
and protecting the natural grain, texture and color of the
wood. Superdeck contains a highly effective mildewcide to
inhibit the growth of mildew on the stained surface of the
wood. The combination of these quality ingredients offers
the consumer a superior, high quality, long lasting, total
wood protectant.
Available
in both gallon and 5-gallon sizes, Superdeck comes in seven

| Applicators |
Use
the right tools for the job. |
 |
Most
cleaners can by poured over the work area or sprayed on with
a tank sprayer. If you use a sprayer, make sure it has been
thoroughly cleaned. Spread the cleaner evenly over the area
and be careful not to let it pool in one spot. Allow the cleaner
to sit on the surface as directed and use a stiff broom or
scrub brush to loosen the tough dirt. Spray off the area with
a hose. See cleaner label for any warnings about danger to
other exterior surfaces.
Deck
Stains can be applied with sprayers, brushes or rollers. A
deck sprayer can get the job finished fast, but overspray
can get on other surfaces and plants. Do not use a sprayer
on a windy day or near furniture, doors or windows without
protecting the surfaces carefully. A roller is the next best
option for quickly staining a flat surface. Be careful not
to apply stain too heavily when using a roller. A brush is
the most accurate way to make sure stain reaches every surface
you want to coat, but it takes longer than the other methods.
Often brushing is the only way to stain the rails and hard
to reach places. Most people will use a combination of applicators
to fit the needs of their project.
Always
be sure not to leave stain pool up on the wood. If the stain
does not penetrate and just dries on the surface, it will
remain tacky and will be hard to remove. Even when spraying
it may be necessary to follow behind with a brush to even
out the application.
